Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in the financial industry, with relevant sales and/or investment product advisory experience from Asset Management firms, Private Wealth Management firms or other relevant Financial Institutions.

3. Strong knowledge of the Asset Management business and well-versed across all asset classes and investment products.

4. Proficiency in Thai language skills is required as there will be frequent interaction with Thai speaking clients and stakeholders.

5. Dynamic team player who is self-motivated and possesses strong interpersonal skills, showcasing the ability to proactively engage multiple stakeholders at all levels of seniority to drive our sales agenda and operate with strong sense of urgency.

6. Experience in managing relationships both with clients and internal partners across multiple countries and regions to drive our sales agenda.

Responsibilities

What the day will look like

• Assist Deputy Director to manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives;
• Report on project success criteria results, metrics, and deployment management activities;
