• 3-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably with a background in events, public relations or community development.
• Operational experience in organising and managing events including driving schedules and tasks.
• Able to multi-task and work well under time pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Adept at social media communication platforms and channels.
• Good interpersonal skills to liaise and work with multiple stakeholders, partners and vendors.

- Station on-site and perform daily inspection and preventive maintenance works in Mechanical and Electrical Systems according to Scheduled Maintenance

- Attend to feedback, Breakdown and customer service requests

- Attend to Fault-Calls and carry out rectification of Faults within specified time and budget

- Supervise and coordinate with contractors and vendors on works according to scheduled maintenance, repair, shut-down and overhaul works

- Assist Engineer/Manager to update records of Mechanical and Electrical system servicing reports and monitor the performance of the systems and equipment

Responsibilities:

• Work with Operations Manager with planning and reporting activities
• Collaborates with clinic teams to ensure seamless business execution, reinforce positive morale, and uphold company values
• Attend to patients courteously upholding quality service standard
• Responsible for front-desk duties such as, appointments, billing and payment collection, handle enquiries (email/phone/walk-in)
• Assist radiographers / nurses if required (e.g: bring patients to the scanning room).
• Assists to prepare patients for scans
• Perform insurance/medisave claims submission and verification of particulars and limits in various claims portal
• Collect payment and provide financial counselling for radiological procedures
• Any other duties as required

Requirements:

• Mpnimum GCE N / 'O' level, NITEC in Nursing or WSQ Higher Certificate in Healthcare Operations
• Experience in healthcare setting and able to perform Phlebotomy would be an advantage
