This Position will support the Supply Chain/Customer Service funcion in Singapore, responsible for the day to day operations from a supply chain management perspective and strive for Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS) by resolving internal and external customer inquiries related to Customer Service function, serve as the primary link between the company, Service Provider (3PL) and customers. Responsibilities include coordination of logistics, which includes inventory control and consignment stock count reconciliations,processing and monitoring to ensure 3PL meets the required KPI standards such as replenish stocks on time, used products updated on time and follow up with PO’s for billing. Summary:

• To keep and maintain site record on progress of works, instructions given to contractors,materials delivered to site, daily activities and weather conditions at site, number of workers and visitors at site and any other significant information.

PERTAPIS HALFWAY HOUSE provides for treatment and rehabilitative services to substance abusers, enabling them to reintegrate into society and be active contributors.

Halfway House hosts 100 offenders or abusers placed under community based rehabilitation.

Job Description

• Ensure daily needs of residents are well taken care of
• Motivate residents through their day to day interaction
• Oversee security screening to ensure contrabands are not brought into the house.
• Facilitate the process of residents checking in and out of the halfway house on a daily basis and provide daily updates on the headcount and other activities/incidents (if any) throughout the tour of duty. Any unusual movements should be highlighted and reported to the relevant parties.
• Refer residents’ issues to Social Worker when necessary
• Assist in institutional programmes such as outings (optional)
• Oversee Halfway House estate management
• Assist in monitoring of workplace safety and health standards.
• Ensure the overall safety and well-being of the residents during the programmes and activities that are carried out in-house and externally.
• To ensure that there is seamless transition during the handing and taking over of shift duties. The jobholder is also responsible in ensuring that all outstanding matters have been clearly communicated to the next duty personnel and are promptly followed up with.
• Work closely with Programme/Social Work team in the case management of residents, including monitoring and maintaining proper records on the progress, movement, and other relevant information pertaining to the residents.
• Assist in handling any grievance procedure and carrying out the preliminary investigation of incidents and/or disciplinary issues (when assigned).
• Identify any defect(s) or work(s) to be carried out pertaining to the halfway house’s estate management issues during a daily tour of duty and to feedback to the Facility Department for follow up.

Job Requirements

• N Level, O Level, Nitec/Higher Nitec & Diploma
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
• Able to work on rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
• Past experience service in the Military, Police and Prison Background.

Work Hours

Full-time employees must work a 5-day week, including a weekend. Your work schedule is pegged to the center's operation hours and operational needs. As a general rule, you will work the following hours:

• Weekdays: 12.30pm to 9.30pm (inclusive of one hour's meal break)

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinates inspect, repair and maintains the electrical, plumbing, mechanical, bar equipment, and IT networking system and server
