Location: Orchard/Newton

Working hours: Mon - Thu (830am - 6pm) & Fri (830am - 530pm)

Salary: UP$2400 ($13.60 per hour)

Responsibilities

• Handle GIRO cases including processing of GIRO applications and attending to enquiries from external and internal customers.
• Handle collection and payment matters including payment enquiries, refunds, requests for receipts, etc.
• Assist in other matters as required.

Requirements

• Min Diploma
• 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in finance
• Proficiet in Microsoft Office
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Meticulous with an eye for detail
• Organised and able to multi-task
• Good communication and customer service skills
