• Control, manage and oversee claims and customer services delivery for products distributed and serviced in the SAP region ensuring all contracted service levels and KPI’s are met
• Manage all Governance Meetings with the Service Partner

• Ensure claims referred to Global Claims Control (GCC) are managed within 24 hours of receipt; provide approval and decline decisions in accordance with policy wording; provide additional guidance where more information is required
• Work closely with the Service Partner to assist in delivering customer service standards in line with their contractual obligations
• Oversight and management of the adherence to customer service protocols whether by voice or in writing to the customer and/or agent in line with agreed processes
• Relationship management – building a strong relationship with the key staff within the Service Partner
• KPI Reporting for the month delivered by the 10th day of the month following
• Excellent service delivery from the Service Partner – meeting all the agreed SLA’s
• Demonstrating the ability to handle commercial decisions as needed to respond to customer issues

• Provide advisory to Business Units on personal data protection at various stages of the personal data life cycle
• Review and assist in conducting awareness training on personal data protection to foster personal data protection awareness across the Group
• Assist in data breach incident investigations and facilitate remediation action plans
• Manage the data incident log to ensure accuracy and up-to-date
• Assist in providing data incident summaries and reports as per request

Experience Required :-

• Bachelor's degree in law
• Minimum 2-4 years of extensive experience in data protection, privacy compliance, or related fields within the retail industry, preferably in the Southeast Asia region

Job Responsibilities

• To review the KYC report prepared by Front Office and carry out due diligence check and information searches per internal standards.
• To advice Client Advisors in completing the KYC information.
• To follow up closely with Front Office managers to review relevant information or documents.
• To verify KYC data Front Office input in the PB system and to conduct investment account opening call with the client.
• To liaise and work with other departments to facilitate smooth delivery of client on-boarding and to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Take up ad hoc assignment.

Requirements

• Degree in relevant field.
• 5-8 years of working experience in Retail/PB KYC, reviewing of Individual / PIC / Trusts / Funds.
• Able to exercise judgment independently.
• Experience in creating and implementing processes that help to improve business operation.
• Open minded, team player and self-motivated.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English so as to liaise and/or coordinate with Mandarin- speaking overseas counterparts.
