Responsibility

• Handle enquiries via emails, inbound and outbound calls
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
• Explain the different applications on our platform to customers and enhance Cartrack’s position as the technology partner of choice.
• Train customers on how to derive the most value from our Software-as-a-Service platform.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints, whilst ensuring they are always in the loop.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries and communicating with customers through various channels.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and or Cartrack's software applications to clients.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any field with outstanding academic performance or equivalent industry experience
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experiences.
• Proficient in English.
• Tech-savvy and computer literate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on and a positive attitude.
• Team player with a high level of energy and able to work independently.

Working Hours:

• Mondays to Fridays: 7:00am to 4:30 pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

Roles and Responsibilities:

To assist the HOD and LH Science and teachers in –

A) Science & Laboratory Operations

• Maintain resources and apparatus in 2 Science laboratories
• Liaise with teachers on the coverage of syllabus for the preparation of the laboratories
• Prepare the resources and apparatus related to Science experiments for the 2 laboratories and the 4 mobile lab carts
• Monitor the usage of the laboratories and report the usage to the HOD/LH
• Maintain a loaning system for desk-copies and teaching resources for 4 levels of Science classes.
• Assist in the setting up, clearing and cleaning of demonstration apparatus.
• Replacement of broken equipment from stock and be responsible for all equipment used in the teaching of science
• Keep a stock book and breakage record and to indicate necessary replacements
• Check and replenish the first aid kits in the 2 laboratories
• Prepare an inventory of stocks annually
• Perform any other related duties as and when assigned by the HOD (Science)
• Assist teachers when conducting practical lessons and tests in ensuring sufficient equipment for the pupils during the practical lessons and tests.
• Basic maintenance of Science garden

B) Office Administrative & Operations Support:

• Support school administrative and operations matters. Eg. Office Front Desk Operations, setting-up support for school events/activities, buying of stamps and posting letters, sorting and distributing bulletins/notifications to teachers or classes, etc.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by Principal, Vice-Principals, Administration Manager and Operations Manager.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• At least 3 ‘O’ levels passes
• At least 2 years’ experience preferably in school science laboratory
• Able to use Microsoft Word and Excel
• Preferably with relevant working experience in a primary school

• Preparation of Collateral reports
• Allocation of credit approval cases
• Other miscellaneous reporting and credit support activities

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma Level with at least 1 year of credit administrative experience.
