Job Scope

• Respond to email and social media enquiries in a timely manner.
• Offer friendly and efficient services to all customers and attending to their needs, complaints and enquiries on various platforms (ie. email/Instagram)
• Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, promoting products, and implementing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Able to map the customer journey to in store experience.
• Ensure the store's visual standards are consistently maintained to showcase the brand's products in an enticing and aesthetically pleasing manner.

Job description:

As a Junior Fashion Merchandiser, you will manages the organisation's procurement, sourcing and merchandising strategies.
