The Business Development Manager is a key contributor to business activities relating to Sales within the stated geographical region. About the role

The Device team in TPC aims to develop the category management strategy, steering the implementation towards procurement and supply chain operations for devices and essential products in the end to end value chain of Telenor Markets. Your Role

As Gprnt’s Product Manager, you are passionate about driving sustainability outcomes by building products that customers love. You are obsessed with understanding customer behaviour and market trends to craft ground breaking product ideas in the emerging sustainability sector. You will be responsible for overseeing product development from ideation to launch, working closely with engineering, ESG specialists, design, and other stakeholders to drive product roadmap, defining product requirements, and delivering a great experience to our users.

Your key areas of responsibility include:

• Product Ideation & Vision: Leverage data analysis, user behavior research, and market trends to guide product feature decisions and enhance customer experience, aiming to grow market share and business expansion.
• Product Planning & Execution: Translate strategies and roadmaps into detailed requirements and prototypes, ensuring smooth product development alongside tech and design teams.
• Product Validation & Testing: Conduct focus groups and customer research to gather feedback on company products and services, and iterate insights into product strategy.
• Business Strategy & Operations: Establish commercial viability of product and incorporate product roadmap into business plan. Contribute to strategic decisions in collaboration with engineering, research, design and business strategy teams.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Building in whitespaces is your passion. Experience in early-stage product development in a 0 to 1 environment. An expert in product discovery and development, you’ll all cover aspects from user research to go-to-market strategy.
• At least 5 years of experience in product management. Hands-on track record of developing and launching new tech products and managing the end-to-end technical product lifecycle.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset to make informed decisions based on customer feedback, market research, and data analysis.
• A team player attitude – ready to support the team as needed.
• Experience with UX design, digital marketing, and/or software engineering is a plus.
• Prior start-up culture and experience is highly valued.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.

A market leader in the Telco industry is seeking a HR Manager to join their fast-growing organisation.

The Role:

Reporting to the HR Director, you will front the full-spectrum of Learning and Development – from the planning & execution of HR corporate strategies (e.g. streamlining Learning Management Systems, analysing metrics for trainings like learning needs analysis), as well as stakeholder management across the business to drive continuous change for the retention and development of top talent. You will also play a pivotal in the firm’s recruitment strategies, owning the function from sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation and salary benchmarking. You will work closely with hiring managers on understanding their hiring needs, and being a key advisor talent acquisition strategies.
