Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in planning and scheduling project timelines, tasks and deliverables

• Supporting project team in meeting deadlines, monitoring task completion and ensuring smooth project flow

• Maintaining and organizing project documentation, including plans and business requirements

• Preparing status reports and presentations for management

• Developing training resources with the vendor’s support

• Engaging key stakeholders to ensure they are informed and supportive of the change through regular communications

• Driving change management strategies and plans, including coordinating communication and training programs to help users adapt to the new system features

• Handling and responding to user inquiries and issues reported for the product via various communication channels like emails and calls

• Helping users resolve issues with the product by following the FAQs guide

• Escalating unresolved issues to senior staff or business teams when necessary

• Meeting performance metrics like call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and issue resolution rates

• Maintaining accurate records of all communications and resolutions for future reference

• Working with other team members, supervisors or departments to ensure efficient service operations

Job Scope & Responsibilities

- Oversee financial planning and business performance analysis by handling full set of accounts and ensure timely closing

- You will ensure the accuracy of financial statements and adhere to corporate reporting timetables such as preparing quarterly GST submission and Corporate Tax submission & liaising with external auditor

- To ensure compliance with established financial processes, local compliance requirements, financial reporting policies and ensure all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner.

- You must possess the knowledge to evaluate the company's P&L and will be responsible to plan for the implementation of finance strategies.

- Provide management reports monthly & yearly & Audit Schedule to Director and perform any other duties as assigned by the management

Requirements

- Possess a degree in accounting, finance or related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

- Prior experience from the F&B industry is an advantage.

- Have a strong understanding in inventory management and costing.

- Possess strong communication, presentation skills & positive working attitude

- Software skills: MS Office, ERP software such as TALLY & SAP preferably

Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiasm and driven candidates to fill our opening for Senior Business Development Manager based in Singapore. You will be responsible for expanding the business by identifying growth opportunities, building relationships, and helping align HORIBA products with market needs. Develop strategies to establish a sustainable business for HORIBA.

Responsibilities:

1. Market Research: Understand market trends, customer needs, and competitors to find opportunities for growth of HORIBA Products.

2. Sales Growth: Develop strategies to attract new customers, work with the sales team to close deals, and meet revenue targets.

3. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, especially in industries such as hydrogen, semiconductors, and oil & gas. Building relationships with potential clients. Create and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to specific clients

4. Product Collaboration: Share customer and market insights with product teams to help improve and develop the product. Participate in product roadmap discussions to ensure alignment with market demands and business goals.

5. Networking and Brand Building: Represent the company at events and build the brand’s reputation. Network with potential clients, partners, and industry influencers to build long-term relationships and raise brand awareness.

6. Reporting and Tracking: Monitor performance and report on progress towards business goals

7. Financial Planning and Forecasting: Set realistic revenue projections, create budgets, and manage expenses related to business development activities. Prepare reports and forecasts on market performance, new opportunities, and ongoing business development projects.

Requirements:

Ø Degree in Engineering or Science (some basic background in Environmental & Chemistry is important)

Ø More than 10yrs of regional sales and business development manager experience.

Ø Broad experience and expertise of industrial process and environment market and sales.

Ø Strong understanding of the HORIBA product’s market, including trends, competitors, and customer pain points.

Ø Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and networking skills.

Ø Ability to analyze data, make data-driven decisions, and present actionable insights.

Ø Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, especially in product and marketing.

Overview

In this role you will support the management in delivering quality assurance and customer satisfaction. You will be the expert in aligning company objectives by developing operational procedures and training outlet staff for optimising business and financial performance. This involves cross functional collaboration to plan, coordinate and manage outlet activities to achieve business synergy.

Responsibilities

· Manage and be accountable for outlets’ overall operations

· Assist LWB’s Quality Assurance Executive to ensure outlet operations are compliant with ISO standards

· Update training handbook and standard operating procedures for outlet operations

· Manage outlet schedules

· Develop strategies and streamline work processes to improve productivity

· Ensure that outlets’ premises are in good working condition

· Lead, motivate and train the outlet team to boost staff morale and facilitate succession planning

· Forecast resource and manpower needs

· Formulate strategies to minimise waste production

· Work with the Strategy team to plan, develop and implement sales target, strategies and monitoring mechanisms to achieve outlet revenue growth

· Conduct preliminary performance appraisal and exit interviews

· To manage outlet staff grievances and conflicts and issue disciplinary action when necessary

· Provide timely outlet activity reports to the management

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reporting to the Event Director in driving the launch and ongoing success of our B2C events.
• Generating new business leads through market research, cold calling, building customer relationships, and participation in consumer-related events
• Developing targeted existing key account relationships and drive further revenue growth
• Developing high quality show investment proposals that are a win-win for exhibiting partners
• Working cross-functionally with the marketing team to achieve the team's KPIs and identify opportunities to tie in with the event marketing campaign
• Achieving show and sponsorship revenue targets as your core metric
• Other adhoc tasks will be assigned from time to time by your reporting officer.

• Minimum 3 years of experience media / event sales, or marketing partnerships. Experience in advertising &/or partnership roles within e-commerce platforms would be a plus.
• Dynamic, self-driven and motivated individual.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated strategic and analytical approach to sales/building client relationships, translating product value to clients.
• Highly creative individual who isn't afraid to propose and try new ideas.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. The Manager shall play a key role in the conceptual development of the construction project and oversee the scheduling and coordination of sub-contractors across various trades
2. He/She will be required to plan, lead and monitor progress and performance against the project plan whilst managing the day-to-day operational aspects of projects which includes manpower planning, construction progress monitoring, preparation of master schedule and cost control
3. Responsible for cost management to manage project within approved budgets, include materials, manpower and machinery cost control for new and running projects
4. Responsible for exercising timely instructions to deal with the results of delays, or emergencies at construction project sites
5. Reviewing manpower planning and monitoring of work schedules to ensure orderly delegation of jobs and smooth operation. Ensure to exercise effectively safe and economical methodology and enforces project standards
6. To maintain close collaboration with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers and all stakeholders to minimise errors in the process to achieve smooth completion of projects
7. To liaise closely with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, relevant authorities and developers in resolving site issues and authorities compliance issues
8. Handle any other adhoc duties assigned from time to time

Requirements

1. 10 years relevant working experience within the Construction industry
2. Ability to prioritize tasks well and able to work independently
3. Able to work under stress and complete tasks within set deadlines
