THE POSITION

We are seeking an exceptional individual for the exciting position of Project Manager, Fundraiser (six to eight month contract position). Reporting to the General Manager, you will work closely with the Relationship Manager and Business Development Manager to ensure the success of our annual fundraiser - PangsGiving.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the planning phase of our annual fundraiser – PangsGiving.
• Provide strategy and negotiation guidance on donor and sponsor management, including attending meetings with sponsors, development of proposals and drafting of communication plans for donors.
• Conduct weekly work-in-progress meetings with the fundraising team ensuring that financial targets, marketing and operational timelines are met.
• Provide guidance on the marketing of the fundraiser to donors and internal database to ensure interest and participation in the event.
• Track the budget effectively to ensure financial viability for operational costs.
• Provide expert advice on charitable giving and fundraising policies and guidelines, staying abreast of sector standards and best practices.
• Lead in the seamless execution of the fundraiser on the event day.
• Provide inputs on creating a post event report and newsletter for donors and sponsors.

REQUIREMENTS

• The ideal candidate will have at least three (3) years of experience in fundraising, hospitality or project and events management.
• A track record of business development, partnership, sponsorship, and fundraising for events.
• Employment experience in the performing arts, charity, or not-for-profit environments is a plus.

· Help in recruiting competent and hardworking workers to carryout daily operations at the organization and put them through in discharging their duties

· Ensure that workers adhere to industry standards in dealing with clients, to promote rule of law and avoid practices such as smuggling and overloading to avoid accidents which could lead to loss of lives and properties

· Assign different responsibilities to workers to fasten the job and promote specialization and accountability. This way, non hardworking workers can easily be identified

Keep records of all shipping activities, documenting procedures, guidelines, and changes in procedures for reference purposes

• Developing a project plan and managing the schedule, budget, and team members’ time sheets to ensure completion of the project within the specified time frame
• Communicating with clients and stakeholders to ensure they are aware of project status and any potential problems or delays
• Ensuring compliance with all laws, regulations, and best practices for safety and environmental concerns
• Managing procurement activities, including ordering raw materials and equipment, arranging for shipping and delivery schedules, and negotiating prices with vendors
• Conducting feasibility studies to assess business opportunities and make recommendations regarding strategy or implementation plans
• Coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure that materials are available when needed and that tasks are completed on time and within budget

Overseeing the project closeout process to ensure that all documentation is complete.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Description

The Data Center Facilities Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of our data centre infrastructure. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the facility's operation, including power, cooling, fire protection, security, and environmental controls. Other responsibilities include managing data center floor space and security. You will also lead a team of outsourced technicians and contractors, to manage projects, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key objectives are to:

•Maximize uptime: Ensure the data centre infrastructure meets the required availability levels and minimizes downtime, preventing outages, service and data loss.

•Maintain system redundancy: Implement and manage redundant systems for critical infrastructure to ensure smooth operation even during maintenance or unexpected events. Ensure maintenance regime is adhered to and any arising gaps remediated in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage:

•Familiar with fire safety rules and regulations associated with operating complex datacenter infrastructure

Authorities and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for providing directives for the Quality Assurance Department in meeting management objectives.
