• Responsible for troubleshooting and timely resolution of faults/issues within the SD-WAN platforms services.
• Analyse SD-WAN platforms performance and take proactive actions and preventive measures to monitor and enhance the network performance including software and hardware upgrades, etc.
• Prepare statistical reports on network and equipment performance.
• Analysing financial information (e.g. revenues, expenditures and cash management) to ensure all operations are within budget.
• Presenting annual budgets to management.
• Vendor negotiation and preparation of cost analysis and justifications.
• Perform SD-WAN platforms performance analysis.
• Proactively engages Engineering teams and recommend courses of actions to prevent incidents that may be caused by performance issues.
• Archive prepared reports for future reference of job performance.
• Review financial documents in preparation for the next cycle.
• Negotiation with vendors has led to expenditures within budget and maximized value.
• Audits and reviews of the SD-WAN Platforms in parts or as a whole to keep in terms of the environment landscape.

Skills for Success:

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Information Systems from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 5 years of Network Experience
• Possess expertise with routers and switches installation e.g. Cisco, Juniper, Mellanox, Dell SONiC.
• Hands on experience with Cisco SD-WAN, VMware VeloCloud SD-WAN, HPE Aruba SilverPeak SD-WAN, Fortinet SD-WAN, FortiSASE etc.
• Good understanding of Internet routing protocols and technologies including TCP/IP, BGP, MPLS/VPN.
• Knowledge of routers/switches architecture and software upgrade procedure. Good analytical and trouble-shooting skills in the area of technical fault isolation and rectification
• Knowledge of hypervisors such as eSXI, Adva, proxmox and KVM.

· Base on Site Supervisors’ requisition, Send materials list to Purchasing Team to arrange.

· Verify workers’ attendance record, write progress report and send them to Admin department via Whatsapp

· Facilitate and request if any additional resources are required

· Ad-hoc duties if any assigned by Project Manager

Requirements

· O Level, Diploma/ITE, Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil or other related studies

Partner with development teams to help reproduce and resolve public cloud platform issues.
Taking ownership of incidents reported and coordinating with L3 and engineering teams for resolution
Constantly learn and use cutting edge cloud technologies
Leverage your extensive customer support experience to provide feedback to the cloud team on how to improve the public cloud platform service.
Drive customer communication during critical events.
Write tutorials, and other technical articles for the developer community.
Responsible for solving customer’s cases with advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide tailored solutions for our customers and thoughtfully work with customers to dive deep into the root cause of an issue.
Apart from working on a broad spectrum of technical issues, the SRE may coach/mentor new hires, develop & present training, partner with development teams on complex issues or, participate in new hiring, write tools/script to help the team, or work with leadership on process improvement and strategic initiatives.
Responding to and investigating system generated security incidents
The role is an SRE role and thus includes rotation in a 24/7 on call roster that supports the cloud delivery platform pipeline

Key Skills and Experience

-1-2+ years Production Operations and SRE experience in supporting enterprise public cloud environments (AWS and Google Cloud)
-Knowledge on CICD tools (Bitbucket, Jenkins, AWS CLI etc.)
-Must have a helping hand attitude
-Knowledge on Incident Management, Change management process
-Highly proficient in written and spoken business English
-Well organized, adaptable and makes clear and effective decisions
-Knowledge and experience with observability and SRE tooling and philosophy:
-General knowledge of infrastructure components Firewalls, TCP/IP, DNS, ICMP, Networking, -Switching, PKI, TLS, Load Balancing
-General knowledge of web technology fundamentals HTTP, WebSocket, Content Distribution, WAF, REST, JSON, YAML, HTTP, CORS
-Strong experience with any flavour of Linux
-General knowledge and experience with Python, JavaScript/Java
-General knowledge of enterprise security and public cloud security
-Awareness of continuous delivery and continuous integration development environment git,
