MAINTENANCE & ENGINEERING

• Plan and carry out preventive maintenance throughout the hotel to ensure standards are maintained for guest comfort.
• Prioritise and carry out maintenance as requested by Departments on a daily basis to ensure the smooth running of all hotel departments.

• Ensure the cost effective and hygienic removal of rubbish from the hotel areas and monitor to ensure areas are clear and free of offensive odour.
• Be available to carry out emergency maintenance work outside of normal working hours, as required for: full power failure, evacuation fire system re-set and / or failure of mechanical systems.
• Maintain records of repair work and daily checks as required by local Council, Government and Manufacturer specifications.
• Liaise closely with all departments regarding ‘down’ rooms to expedite a quick turn around and return to inventory.
• Ensure the external areas of the hotel are neat and tidy and maintained in line with Company brand standards.

Your team:

Job Description:

The primary focus of this role is on the engineering, maintenance, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Energy Storage Systems (ESS) for battery electric vessels and charging stations. The successful candidate will work closely with ESS suppliers, perform hands-on fieldwork with high-voltage systems, and ensure the safe and efficient operation of power electronic equipment. Overall Responsibilities:

As a Senior Project Engineer you take the lead in the technical work preparation for product development, studies, tenders and commercial projects.

You will assist the project manager and lead a team of engineers to execute the project. In this role you will be the single point of contact for the technical interface with the Client and subcontractors.

After completing the project preparations in the office and fabrication yards, your team will support the vessel crew during the execution on board their crane vessels.
