• Lead and plan full medical strategy for Oncology products
• Serve as the primary medical contact for thought leaders (TLs), engaging them in peer-to-peer discussions and managing local event speakers.
• Develop and cultivate local TLs for national, regional, and global Bayer events, and build scientific partnerships to achieve medical objectives.
• Act as a Medical Expert for Idonesia clinical development trials in a designated therapeutic area, and manage investigator-sponsored studies in line with global strategy.
• Identify and build a hospital and patient referral network for oncology in the ASEAN region, including partnerships with key hospitals and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance and safety by modeling ethical behavior, reviewing and approving promotional materials according to SOPs and regulations, and adhering to SOPs and local standards.

Requirement:

• Qualified doctor/ Registered under Medical Council / Experieced in ICU, Oncology or Internal Medicine
• Degree in Medicine
• Broad understanding of Medical Affairs
• Extensive knowledge of current technical and regulatory developments
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia as have to liase with 100% VIP clients from Indonesia

Job Description

• To assess, diagnose, manage and treat patients with swallowing, speech and cognitive communication impairments.
• To formulate appropriate treatment plans and goals within the timeframe. Implement treatment plan. Re-evaluate and modify the treatment plan as required.
• To work with a multi-disciplinary team, which includes attending to weekly case management meetings, participating in discharge planning in consultation with the patients, their families, the multi-disciplinary team and other external agencies involved.
• Communicate as required with other members of the team.
• To maintain an accurate and timely patient record by documenting in the patients’ medical case notes after attending to the patients.
• Responsibilities include assessing and treating clients with a wide range of swallowing or communication disorders, evaluating and implementing programmes, planning and developing new clinical services, leading inter-department initiatives and providing clinical supervision and mentorship to staff.
• The individual should possess leadership skills and be creative, assertive, collaborative, observant and systematic.

• Min Degree in Speech Therapy / Other relevant qualification
