Explains the procedure of the special examination to patients and reassures patient whenever required.

Helps patients to get changed for radiography procedure.

Ensures that all medication chart and documentation notes are filled in properly for the procedure

Checks Emergency Trolley for expiry dates of drugs and instruments.

Conducts monthly departmental inventory check.

Ensures that there is an adequate stocks of surgical and pharmaceutical products, dry store, kitchen store and C.S.S.D. store.

Assists at the reception when necessary.

Attends and contributes to departmental staff meetings.

Participates in departmental activities such as quality assurance and performance appraisal.

Undertakes other duties and tasks as might from time to time be requested by the Manager.

Job Description:

• Coordinate daily administrative tasks, including managing student records, scheduling, and school correspondence.

• Maintain and manage school databases, records, and communication platforms.

Requirements

Job Descriptions :

•IT administrator will be given DVDs to be upload to the application server.

•Copy data from DVDs to application servers for application processing daily.

•Must be completed by a certain timing so that data for the day can be processed on time.

•Could be up to 6 DVDs a day.

•Must verify the data and ensure all the data are copied correctly.

•Complete the uploading checklist and send to users.

•There are other applications which require IT administrator to execute some data extraction scheduled jobs which are to be completed daily by certain time. After the data is extracted, to inform application Project Manager and Systems administrator, so that administrator can transfer the data to application server.

•Monitor the Systems to ensure security, data integrity and efficient performance.

•Monitor, schedule and ensure successful completion of ad-hoc, daily, weekly, monthly and other batch reporting and processing jobs of the related to the Systems.

•Attend to user queries and provide support to them in the daily operations of the Systems.

•Propose and implement operational procedures such as system back-up, recovery, deployment and monitoring and work with the infrastructure FM team to implement the proposed procedures.

•Users will raise request to the IT administrator to create / reset / delete accounts.

•To assess the request, clarify with users on the roles and access required if the information given by users are unclear and update when it is completed.

•To assign/update user access roles for new users Central Admin Functions.

•Add new function to user access roles when required.

•IT administrator should co-ordinate with the application managers on the user login and password reset.

•During company re-organisation or staff movement, need to work with application team and system owner to update the application group information or members to keep application access up-to-date. For contract users who need to access applications, to update access matrix configuration file; pass the updated file to Windows administrator to upload into the application server.

•Generate monthly Inactive User Access Report and Audit Trial Report for application project manager to review.

• Generate ad-hoc application access matrix reports when requested by application project manager.

Must have technology

•Proven experience as IT Administrator , or in a similar role.

•Proficiency in Application Administrative, Backup, Restore and Support activities and experience working within Linux and Windows Server environments.

•Proficiency with MS Office tools
