Job Responsibilities:

• Customer Inquiries: Manage customer inquiries through various communication channels (phone, email, etc.), providing timely and accurate responses.
• Order Management: Process and monitor customer orders, ensuring all data is accurately inputted into customer portals and handled efficiently.
• Invoicing: Ensure accurate and timely issuance and management of invoices.
• Data Management: Sync and verify sales data from handheld devices with physical invoices to ensure accuracy.
• Reporting: Compile and analyze monthly data reports, providing insights to support business decisions.
• Marketing Coordination: Support the planning and execution of marketing activities, including product launches, promotions, and events.
• Purchase Orders & Invoices: Handle marketing-related purchase orders and invoices, ensuring prompt processing and payment.
• Customer Complaints: Track and resolve customer complaints in coordination with internal teams.
• Promo Materials: Coordinate with marketing agencies and distributors to plan and produce promotional materials.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing support.
• Education: Diploma in a related field.
• Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and attention to detail.
• Soft Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
