• Manage relationships with central Campus Infrastructure, service providers, contractors, to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with service level agreements

Technology Integration

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of technology systems, such as card access systems
• Develop and implement plans to ensure business continuity in the event of emergencies or disasters

Stakeholder Communication

• Establish effective communication channels with occupants, stakeholders, and other departments to address concerns, provide updates, and gather feedback

Budgeting and Financial Management

• Assist in the development and management of the facilities budget, ensuring that expenses are within allocated funds
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficient resource allocation strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5 years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and industry best practices

Job Description of Site Administrator-

Site Administrator provides administration support to project team. Site Administrator serves as primary contact point of information flow between Head Office and site.

Work closely with project management team for HR/Admin related works.

Coordinator work with Dormitory executives regarding all dormitory matters.

Managing day-to-day communications (Office & Site Team).

Participate on improvements to workflow and process flows.

Monitor training course dates for site staff and workers.

Assisting in the submission of newly joined service contracts to HR.

Assisting in attendance reports to clients and HR / Payroll team.

Any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time as your superior deem fit.

Job Requirement

Relevant experience in handling administration work

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Must have a good command of written and spoken English

Independent and able to work in a fast pace environment

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Training will be provided

Able to start in a short notice / immediately

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling of future appointments
• Registration of patients
• Assisting the doctors and nurses in basic medical care if needed
• Data entry of patient’s particulars into the hospital system
• Handling phone calls and enquires and providing information
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Min GCE N/O or ‘A’ Levels / Diploma and above
• Keen interest in the healthcare/ medical industry
• No experience needed, full training will be provided
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Able to start work immediately
