About the role

Target Operating Model

• Work with key stakeholders to design an agile operating model that is fit for purpose and appropriate (lean, yet compliant) for a start up business in the Health Technology industry. In particular, drive the move to a more product-led organisation, across product, technology, data, commercial/clients, and other key areas like finance. About The Role

ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:

• Provide Service Operations support to internal and external customers in accordance with the terms of the customer contract and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
