We are looking for an amazingly well-rounded Operations Analyst to join us in growing our business of our FinTech Product the “ Sleek Business Account” in Singapore. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of business operations as well as assisting in setting strategic goals for the future eg., Customer Activation, MAU Growth, Growing Customer Base & Average Revenue Per User (ARPU).
You will have a passion for understanding business owners, and an ability to creatively articulate the problems that keep them up at night. You will be skilled in translating these deep client insights into attractive solutions, compelling calls to action, and ultimately stunning business results. You should have excellent customer relationships and communications skills, have a flair for marketing, and love to problem-solve and think on your feet. You will be an enthusiastic team player, excited about the role you can play in growing Sleek’s Fintech offerings to be trusted and well-loved solutions for entrepreneurs and business owners in Singapore and beyond.
Position Duties
- Provide administrative and operational support for Sleek Business Account, such as obtaining information on the customers and their transactions, managing the dashboard and admin portals etc.
- Support Sleek’s business project team along with strategic partners to enhance Sleek’s business projects and team efficiency.
- Handling of partnership requests and applications to partner services.
- Support in marketing efforts of Sleek's fintech solutions.
- Reconciliation for monthly regulatory reporting to Government bodies.
Performance Standards
- Possess analytical and critical thinking skills with a strong interest in Fintech.
- 1-3 years of experience in Banking/Payments will be an added advantage
- Fairly good in numbers and detail oriented.
- Competent in Google Workspace (G Suites) such as Excel, Powerpoint etc.
- Proficiency in project management will be a plus.
