• Establish, monitor, and evaluate cleaning standards and performance metrics to ensure that projects and operations are completed to a high standard

• Prepare and manage budgets for cleaning operations

• Recruit, train, and supervise cleaning staff

• Monitor and control storage and use of cleaning products, supplies, and equipment

• Implement safety measures to protect workers from accidents and injuries

• Establish emergency response protocols and ensure maintenance of all safety equipment

Responsibilities:

• Identifies, troubleshoot problems and performs root cause analysis study of equipment failures, recurring breakdown, and equipment defects in order to take effective corrective and preventive
• Liaises closely with Engineering on technical specifications required for machinery fitting, documenting the project requirements for the arrangement of machinery, equipment and system installation work
• Assists with the preparation of procedures, risk assessment, HSE work method statement and etc. under the supervision of senior team members and Project Manager to ensure all the requirements have been fulfilled
• Prepares job-list, work schedule and planning of manpower resources (i.e. yard and contractors) and facilities, working closely with the team members
• Participates in project meeting with Project team members and stakeholders to note on project specifications and report on the status of the work progress
• Liaises closely with HSE department and subcontractors for proper on-site coordination, working with QA/QC team members, owners, statutory and classification authorities on inspection arrangement and compliance review
• Maintains the equipment/ machineries at the workshop and on-board, ensuring the proper working condition, timely calibration, repair, or servicing as required
• Understands emerging engineering practices by participating in educational opportunities, professional organisations; reading professional publications and maintaining personal networks
• Recommends changes to work method/ process by reviewing the workflow and work process to implement changes for improvement and to achieve operational effectiveness and functionality

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Marine Engineering or related engineering disciplines

• Must be able to board ships, enter confined spaces with limited visibility and have the ability to climb up and down stairs and/or ladders of varying heights.

Requirements:

Completion of an undergraduate degree in Engineering or similar discipline, and 13 years of experience in PSL Field Operations, Business Development, or Technology Development as it relates to field operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Receive storing orders and release orders from clients and update into in-house software Integrate Depot Management System (IDMS)
• Verification of tank number upon entry and generation of Equipment Interchange Receipt (EIR) from the IDMS
• Scan and fax of consolidated EIRs to all clients
• Sort and archive of all In gate graphics taken
• Generate of residue disposal estimate
• Liaise with Commercial Department for In / Out Gate related issues
• Liaise with Tank Stacker Operator for the Lift On and Lift On (LoLo) of the tank container
• Liaise with Cleaning Division Leader for the update of clean tank into IDMS
• Generate of release tank list of the next working day for the container lifter operator
• Any secondary task as assigned by Line Manager

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least 'N'/ 'O’ level/ ITE in any field
• At least 1 to 2 years of administrative working experience
• Good organization skills, focused and detailed mindset toward work excellence
• Positive attitude and able to perform work under pressure
• Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office

Work Condition:

• Require to work for 5.5 working weeks. Monday - Friday: 08:30 - 17:30, Saturday: 08:30 - 12:30
