BRANDING OPERATIONS & STAKEHOLDER LIAISON

MetaSport is a leading sport management company in Asia staging some of the most prestigious triathlon and cycling events in Singapore and Indonesia, among which are Tour de Batam, MetaSprint Series Singapore, Run as One Singapore, and Bintan Triathlon. THE ROLE

In April 2024 MetaSport is delivering the Singapore T100 event in partnership with the Professional Triathletes Association. This world-class event will be held at Marina Bay, and televised worldwide.

The role has two major responsibilities:

1. Branding Operations

• Own and manage the branding pack for Singapore T100.
• Liaise internally with the MetaSport & PTO teams, and with government agencies, for artwork, approvals and changes.
• Liaise with the contractor to coordinate approval of proofs and to coordinate production.
• Liaise with the Managing Director regarding branding budget and ensure we stay within agreed planned expenditure.
• Receive branding at venue and inventorise all items, comparing with branding pack
• Ensure branding is placed in the venue according to the approved signage plan.

2. Stakeholder Liaison

• Book out of home (OOH) advertising space, order OOH branding, do on-site checks and recces.
• Reach out and liaise with 1st/2nd/3rd tier road and water stakeholders.
• Edit plans & documents and share with stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholders on race day via the Emergency Hotline.
• Attend meetings with key stakeholders, and assist with the admin and follow-up for all stakeholders (in conjunction with heads of department).

• Provide Strong Leadership

Areas of responsibilities:

A. Residential Care, Operations & Programme management

1. Oversee daily operations of the centre, including monitoring and managing staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and compliance with operational requirements.
2. Ensure high-quality and smooth operations by reviewing internal policies and procedures, leading changes for improvements, and evaluating the effectiveness of the changes made.
3. Lead and supervise the Residential Care Assistants in-home care management.
4. Oversee the program implementation, including liaising with external partners for collaboration opportunities and working closely with the staff team on program planning.
5. Review program relevance as and when necessary.

B. Case Management

1. Serve as liaison with other agencies, support programs, family members, professionals, and significant others as needed.
2. Conduct intake assessment of referrals.
3. Handle case assignments & review case progress through all program phases for day or residential stay-in clients.
4. Facilitate the implementation of the individual care plan, assess and address motivational and psychosocial issues, and set goals as part of the care plan, not limiting itself to conducting mid-term reviews.
5. Identify and develop additional resources where necessary that could best serve the needs of the residents.

C. Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma in Social Work or any related discipline.
2. Experience working in a residential home setting is advantageous.
3. At least three (3) years of relevant social work experience in case management and operations with young clients ages 18 – 25.

• Prepare quotations and progress report for clients
• Client servicing on clients’ feedback, request for additional items and placement of fixtures
• Manage and close projects within stipulated timeline
• Overseas short-term assignment or long term secondment (Asia) may be applicable depending on project

What we are looking for

• Minimum Diploma or Degree education
• Minimum 2-5 years of related experience preferably in construction / events / project management
• Good knowledge of all operational and technical aspects
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A team player and able to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment

Salary will commensurate with candidate’s working experience and qualification

Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling procurement activities which include purchase requisitions and issuing of Purchase Orders
• Assist in planning shipments, liaise and coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders
• Assist to monitor and record on import/export activities
• Assist to prepare, submit and file relevant administration documents in a timely and accurate manner
• Provide administrative duties to the Operations Team
• Provide office administrative support such as office maintenance, replenish pantry inventory etc

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'N'Level
• Minimum 2 years' working experience
• Strong attention to details with ability to multi-task
• Independent and able to organise work efficiently
• Willing to learn and a positive working attitude
• Good verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills
