Objectives of this role

• Support strategy execution for logistics and warehousing
• Implement financial metrics and associated KPIs for supply-chain network and vendors
• Develop and implement global transportation cost-savings programs for year-over-year savings
• Identify project responsibilities, delegating phases and elements to appropriate personnel
• Maintain awareness of industry and global logistics trends that will benefit company in the marketplace

Responsibilities

• Lead daily control meetings, identifying issues and actions to be taken
• Conduct root-cause analysis of failures and take corrective actions
• Provide oversight for budgetary, scheduling, and project database, and report regularly to senior managers about progress, plans, and problems that could affect costs or schedules
• Consult with various internal business units and vendors to identify opportunities for improvements of the supply-chain network
• Manage compliance, quality control, and quality assurance standards and specifications

Required skills and qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in logistics for wholesale distribution or retail supply chain
• Four or more years of experience in project management or a leadership position
• Strong systems skills, including proficiency with integrated software applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business administration, with focus on supply-chain management
• Knowledge of end-to-end logistics operations (including maritime, over-the-road, rail, customs, and warehousing)
• Entrepreneurial mindset

Job Description:

• Manage a portfolio of projects at various sites, by coordinating directing and monitoring landscaping operations
• Oversee and manage employees at the sites
• Effective management of site supervisors to ensure delivery of operations at all sites
• Regular visits to company’s landscaping sites to monitor standards of landscape and service quality
• Understand and build long term relationships with employees and clients
• Provide training to new staff in relation to their job scope, responsibilities and standards
• Execute policies and implement quality measures at your project sites
• Manage operations and periodic work for projects with the support of the Operations Supervisor and Float team
• Able to train, motivate and encourage employees deployed at sites
• Manage supplies ordering for your projects
• Plan, draw and deliver daily, periodic schedules, roasters, deployment charts.
• Suggest innovative ideas for performance improvement and quality services
• Prepare ad-hoc quotations for your projects

Requirements:

• 2 Years Experience in similar role
• Class 3 driving license
• Qualification: Minimum Diploma. Experienced candidates will be considered.
• Qualification Landscape Related: Diploma/Degree in Landscape Architecture/Design or Certified Practicing Horticulturist / Arborist
• Computer literate

Before Service Prospecting – Proactively prepare for and make customer contacts.

• Create and work with customer calling lists
• Contact and call customers regarding current campaigns, to book next visit, offer repairs etc.
• Analyze Maintenance plans and make recommendations to customers
• Analyze remote diagnostics
• Record outcome of calls and visits
• Request and verify Maintenance plans

Before Service Sales – Contribute to services sales by analyzing customer needs and actively interact with them to find optimal solution.

• Listen to and identify customer needs

Before Service Workshop scheduling - Contribute to the utilization of the workshop and its capacity by planning the work to be carried out.

• Create necessary time reservation
• Verify that resources are allocated for the work to be carried out
• Cooperate with other departments to coordinate all necessary work for the customer
• Contact and call 3rd party when necessary
• Arrange for sub supplier jobs
• Take part in and contribute to the daily pulse meetings
• Participate in workshop management weekly meeting

During Service Customer workshop care – Take care of customer during work to ensure satisfaction.

• Receive the customer upon arrival
• Verify content of appointment
• Take over the vehicle from customer
• Offer customer additional work and/or parts
• Continually communicate with customers in case of changes or problems
• Open the work order
• Handle customer requests

After Service Vehicle Return – Form long term relationships with customers when returning vehicle through clear and active communications.

• Close the work order
• Issue all necessary invoice
• Explain to the customer the work that has been performed
• Recommend additional work that may be required
• Book the next appointment
• Hand over the vehicle to customer
• Register customer feedback

Administrative support and coordination – at workshop level

• Respond to general administrative enquiries and clerical support.
• Prepare the allowances for the technicians.
• Administer employee files and records of benefits and allowances.
• Maintain financial files and records.
• Manage the filing, storage and safety of the documents.
• Perform other related duties as required.
• Assist with all visitor/customer visitations and directing them to the correct channels.
• Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Provide information on missed calls and information on messages/notes to relevant staffs in a timely manner.
• Contributes to team success by completing designated tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day administration (technical andservices) which includes handling of all incoming and outgoing correspondences, facsimile, data entry, filing and collating of information.
• To provide support and counter check on warranty documentations and claims.
• Follow up on any upstanding warranty claim with the manufacturer
• Ensure all warranty claims are submitted according to the manufacturer warranty policy and procedures.
• Maintain warranty and credit records and database.
• Ensure that all warranty parts are tagged and housekeeping on the storage according to warranty policy
• Supervise and check all warranty scrapping parts.
• Provide support to parts daily operation.
• Assists in purchasing, receiving and warehouse keeping.
• Performs any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisors.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably 2-3 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in spoken & written English and Mandarin.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Be resourceful and multi-tasking attitude.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
