Our company are looking for a F&B operations manager is a professional who is responsible for managing and overseeing all food and beverage operations in a hospitality establishment. They are in charge of ensuring high-quality service, effective cost management, and guest satisfaction. Specific Responsibilities

5. Negotiating with suppliers to secure the best prices for ingredients, equipment, and services helps control costs and improve profit margins and ensuring favorable payment and delivery terms can improve cash flow and operational efficiency.

We are looking for an Operations Manager to join the Project Management at Site.

Main duties will be:

• Manage all engineering, procurement and construction works at project
• Coordinate & Manage Model Reviews, issuance and closure of Clash reports, Site Surveys as appropriate
• Lead project budget control and support take necessary key cost efficiency decisions
• Buy into and agree the Project schedule for effectively managing the progress against schedule, and suggest / agree remedial actions

• Participate in accident/incident investigation and team accident/incident review
• Maintain and implement Company's EnHSEMS and charterers' requirements
• Monitor and control the allocated budget for the fleet

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / ACCREDITIONS:

• Degree in Marine/offshore field is preferred
