The role involves coordinating air freight import and export shipments from export freight booking to import shipment customs clearance and final delivery. The Air Freight Coordinator will be responsible for requesting rates with airlines or GSA, communicating with direct clients and overseas partners to cater to their requirements, providing freight quotes, and managing shipments. Additionally, the role includes preparing and processing AWB documentation, monitoring and tracking shipment status, providing updates, and resolving issues.
