Duties & Responsibilities:

• Handle client inquiries and bookings in accordance with company standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, overseas agents, and internal colleagues for shipment arrangements.
• Prepare essential documentation, including AWB, billings, permit declarations, pre-alerts, etc.
• Report to the Operations Manager.
• Undertake any additional duties as assigned.

Role:

• Coordinate vessel bookings in and out of Singapore port and manage pilot and tug boat services.
• Provide crew information to immigration authorities.
• Inform Customs about vessel arrivals and departures and report onboard cargoes.

We are looking for a Systems Engineer to maintain, upgrade and manage software, hardware and networks. Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. JOB REQUIREMENTS
