The Regional Operations Manager/Executive (Process and Quality) is a vital and empowered role, fully accountable to drive system quality & compliance control, process quality & improvement, process standardisation & adoption, and to scale financial health and trade compliance initiatives throughout the Southeast Asia region. This role will collaborate closely with the Branch Trainers and GMs in executing operational effectiveness & excellence, and to ensure uniformity of process, system and tool adoption, performance analysis, and continuous improvement across a multitude of operational KPIs.

This individual shares accountability, along with their regional operations stakeholders, to meeting the operations performance and objectives of the overall region.

Accountabilities

• Responsible for analysing, mapping and documenting the current and future requirements and processes, as part of a defined standardisation framework and alignment across the region.
• Conduct studies of operations and workflow processes utilising interviews, site observations, and job shadowing techniques to map current (As-Is) with future (To-Be) processes.
