The role of a Commercial Operations Manager is to provide contracts and commercial management support to assist the businesses and project teams to adhere to and comply with the contract, manage contractual risk exposure on assigned projects and maintain/ strengthen the Company’s relationships with its clients, partners and protect the Company’s revenue and margins. Responsibilities

Commercial Management Scope

• Provide contracts and commercial management support for moderate to high-risk bids or projects during pre-contract and post-contract stage (either independently or through supporting the Commercial Manager(s)).
