• Terminal Cost Calculation: Calculate container/Cargo terminal costs based on operational requirements and relevant cost factors. Take responsibility for maintaining an accurate operational list, which includes capturing all chargeable units and those of partner slot units. • Institute agency fee recoveries against Ship Management for services rendered pertaining to crew change fees and expenses.
• Liaise with other 3rd party principals and AR on agency fees and cost recoveries pertaining to agency services rendered in respect of crew change and other cost outlays incurred on behalf of such principals. This includes performing reconciliation, matching and clearing of GL account.

Job Responsibilities:

• To supervise and manage the functions of Repacking/Containment/ICW operations and Maintenance
• To monitor the safe process flow and backlog level of TIW waste
• Ensure all staff are well trained according to OJT programme and following the safe work procedures and SOPs
• To ensure the effectiveness and smoothness of coordination with operation and sales team and customer service maintaining high quality of services
• To monitor the outgoing containment purchase budget and encourage the recycling of used containment to save cost
• Daily and regular inspection of the operation processes and monitor the plant 5S and TPM activities, safety and discipline at works, machineries and equipment conditions
• Lead the daily safety toolbox meeting and regular inspection of PPE items that staffs at workplaces are enough for their safety
• Conduct periodic review of existing procedures and workflow of plant operations and functions in lines with cost effectiveness with maximum throughput
• Apply continues improvement or modification plans to maintain an excellent operational model.
• Work with Lab chemists to evaluate and develop new treatment methods and handing procedures for new and unknown wastes, and review of operation costs and regular update to management
• To ensure EHS compliance through the continual maintenance and improvement of ISO 45001 implementation, and always maintain good housekeeping of site
• To prepare and analyze daily and monthly operation records/reports (e.g., cost, productivity, quality, non-conformance, etc) on plant processing and maintenance. And follow up necessary corrective actions and monitor consistently to relevant department staffs to follow up closely
• To compile annual budget of plant operations and Maintenance for Director’s approval and to ensure expenditures are well within the budget allotment
• To work closely with operation staffs and engineering staffs to develop and implement preventive maintenance schedule for operations and maintenance of machinery and equipment
• Regular briefing / training to be conducted to department staffs for safety handling of repacking loose waste, MSDS, PPE requirement and risk assessment before operations
• To activate emergency response team of operation and maintenance staffs and response to any in house spill and fire incident if in case of emergency
• To liaise with EHS department to ensure fellow dept staffs are upkeep with method of handling and emergency equipment usages in terms of spills and fire incident and to conduct regular practice and drill exercises with different scenarios to workers so that they are well familiar in emergency to response in time

Requirements:

Location: Media Hub

• Continuous Support: Provide 24x7 onsite support for data center operations and critical facilities.
• Monitoring: Perform constant monitoring of BMS systems (upstream to downstream), critical facilities equipment, and other systems including fire safety, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical.

Responsibilities:

This is a global role of managing the Security Operations Center (SOC) in Singapore as part of global SOC operations.

This SOC is responsible for detecting, responding to, and managing security incidents to protect clients. The mission is to safeguard their assets and reputation by delivering Zero Impact and Zero Outage Managed Security Services.

The SOC Manager will be expected to be both a technical and people leader. There is no coordination from the sidelines; the SOC Manager will be actively involved in security investigations and will advise and support incident response efforts for active threats.
