• Produce simple woodworks such as wardrobes, cabinets and tv-console based on drawings with no supervision
• Build furnitures by using raw materials or pre-constructed items
• Carpentry skills with furniture constuction, wall and door paneling
• Take measurements and calculate the size/size/number of materials needed
• Assemble, install, and repair furniture in a workshop or client's house using machine/hand tools

You will be part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team intervening in acute or chronic diseases to maintain current health, and promote patients' well-being. You will identify and resolve drug-related problems as well as recommended appropriate drug therapy to ensure safe and effective drug distribution and outcomes. These include active participation in regular inpatient clinical rounds and/ or ambulatory care clinics, as well as dispensing medications and counselling patients on their medication treatment. Requirements:

• Degree in Pharmacy and registered as a Pharmacist in Singapore;
• Prior or current expertise in the areas of Intensive Care and Aseptics/ Total Parenteral Nutritional would be highly considered for the role;
