Job Scope
· Work closely with Management and Japan HO to spearhead and oversee the full operations of General Management Division consisting of Finance, HR/Admin and Legal & Compliance department.
1) Corporate Planning
• Strategic planning and management of the company’s business with deep understanding of the group management strategy
• Strategic planning of the group’s overseas investment leasing with Head Office and related companies in Vietnam in line with the group investment strategy
• Strategic planning and management of the group’s related entities in Singapore in line with the group management strategy
2) Finance
· Responsible for the management of the company’s income and expenditures and capital expenditure in line with the group’s target
· Responsible and accountable for the preparation of the consolidated account based on Japanese Accounting Standard to Head Office.
3) HR/Admin
• Strategic planning for human resource with deep understanding of the group strategy
• Responsible for employment management
• Crisis management in line with the Group’s policy
4) Legal & Compliance
· Maintain and enhance corporate governance based on the group policy liaising with Head Office and the group’s internal auditor (including compliance with JSOX)
· Responsible for the compliance with the law and Company’s policies
5) IT
· IT infrastructure planning and IT security of the company in line with the group’s policy
Requirements
· Preferably with more than twelve (12) years relevant working experience in a company dealing with shopping centre management
· Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Real Estate Management studies or equivalent
· Background of Finance, Legal and/or HR
· Strong leadership and team management skills
· Excellent organizational, communication and planning skills
· Japanese language proficiency in speaking and writing preferred
· Strong critical and analytical skills
