JOB SUMMARY

· Proactively reach out to existing clients to broaden relationship and deepen wallet share

· Drive client calling/farming activities to defend, maintain, replenish, and grow utilization for existing Trade Finance credit facilities and flow opportunities

· Flow opportunities will include export LC confirmation and discounting

· Credit facilities will span from Documentary Trade (Import LC, Bank Gtees) to Open Account (Invoice, Receivables and Supplier financing) to name a few

· Define existing corporate client focus list alongside Sales and Product leads

· Explore opportunities with non-clients around FI products (non-client beneficiaries)

· Devise a consistent but adaptive client calling and follow up plan for the targeted clients, with the goal to maintain and grow A&Cs

· Record all client outreach efforts, noting wins and lost opportunities (for lost opportunities, provide feedback on reason for loss)

· Gain insights on client’s business requirements to build leads for upsell/cross-sell

· Build relationships with key internal stakeholders, including Product Management, Trade Operations, Trade Sales, Trade distribution, Compliance, Credit and Legal.

· Provide reporting support, tracking, and reporting as required.

· Ensure compliance with all AML, KYC, and all other Compliance requirements.

Our Ideal Candidate

· 8+ years of client-facing experience in Transaction Banking domain, with particular emphasis on quota-carrying roles

· Experience in people management, able to demonstrate leadership skills and ability to drive a collective agenda across multiple products and stakeholders

· Good working knowledge of Trade Finance products, including but not limited to: Import and Export Letters of Credit, Standby LCs / Guarantees, Invoice Financing, Supplier Finance, Receivables Finance, Working Capital

• Champion and produce success stories for advertisers who have had success in growing their business by using the products. Use a variety of tools to be able to properly communicate and drive Advertiser’s business to success.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

• Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
• Preferably with 2 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position.
• Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations.
• Business development, sales account management or consultative selling experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, listening skills.
• Self-starter who can meet deadlines and enjoys working in a competitive inside sales environment, comfortable working with computers and multiple systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market such as Korean to support customer in Korea.

What is your mission?

You’ll help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Contacting new and existing clients (Agencies or Advertisers) via telephone, chat and email on a daily basis, identifying sales opportunities and providing these businesses with the best solution for their business goal.
• Improve client’s experience by driving optimal and appropriate product adoption. Manage a portfolio (book of clients) of SMB clients with responsibility for growing revenue.
• When within scope and area of knowledge, provide pre and post-sales assistance for all applicable products.
• Become an expert on client’s Advertising solutions and ability to identify trends and solve problems.
