Responsibilities
• Responsible for planning, executing, and analysing various tests using Website Optimisation tools (AB tasty, Optimizely, Adobe Target, VWO or similar) to optimize user experience and drive business goals.
• Generate regular reports on test performance, providing clear and concise information on key metrics and insights.
• Communicate results to stakeholders and leadership, offering recommendations for future testing strategies.
• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
• Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
• Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
Skills/Requirement
• At least 1 years’ experience and proven experience in conducting A/B testing and multivariate testing using to Website Optimisation tools (AB tasty, Optimizely, Adobe Target, VWO or similar).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Statistics, Business).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable recommendations.
• Familiarity with testing and insights tools (AB tasty, Optimizely, Adobe Target, VWO or similar)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for making necessary changes during testing.
• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
• Certifications in VWO or related areas would be a plus.
