Job Description

• Implement online and digital marketing using SEM, email, content marketing, Facebook/Instragram/Tiktok ads etc. to generate leads across all online platforms
• Develop and manage social media and digital marketing content for social media, company website, in-house app etc
• Build and manage the company’s social media profile and presence
• Engage audience with various kinds of photography or video-based content for marketing purposes and brand awareness
• Manage and respond to social media audience on various platforms
• Analyze social media trends and explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks
• Assist with planning and executing of marketing campaigns
• Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
• Work with internal and external vendors whenever required
• Provide administrative support and other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Director
• Assist in tracking of marketing campaign performance and prepare reports for submission
• Provide data mining support
• Plan and implement advertising and promotional campaigns
• Assist in monitoring of Advertising and Promotional spend

Requirements

• At least Diploma/ITE/Degree in Digital Marketing, Mass Communications or other relevant disciplines
• Relevant working experience in Copywriting or Social Media platform, ideally within F&B/FMCG/Retail sectors
• Highly creative and with attention to details
• Has a good understanding of consumer behaviour and trends
• A hands-on and result-oriented person
• Able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
• Experience in Google Analytics and digital media optimization
• Proficient in social media software and graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop and Indesign)
• Proficient in video and filming and editing software (e.g. Premiere Pro)
• Social media savvy
• Creativity and commercial awareness
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingualism is preferred (English and Chinese) to liaise with Chinese speaking associate

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all KYC and procurement activities within the Singapore office, the role will be liaising frequently with HQ to establish an efficient and practical KYC flow to meet the commercial demand in the Singapore office;
• Understand Aramco Trading KYC requirements/process;
• Initiate KYC registration with counterparty upon request from all internal stakeholders primarily with traders;
• Support preliminary review of KYC documentations before submitted to BP Management;
• Communicate Aramco Trading’s KYC requirements clearly to counterparties;
• Constant liaising with Compliance Team to understand gaps to complete KYC registration;
• Provide requested KYC data/documentation to counterparties to register Aramco Trading as their qualified counterparty;
• Regular tracking of KYC registration status and case follow-up;
• Submit KYC request on BP Management portal;
• Support modification of KYC information on BP Management portal;
• Support KYC update/refresh for registered counterparties;
• Cross departmental collaboration;
• Streamline processes and document workflow into a user guide

Requirements:

• Prior knowledge of KYC workflow and process is a MUST.
• Candidate from Financial institution or commodities trading with a good understanding of the trading business will be a plus.
• Good personal and communication skill
• Ability to prioritise and work under time pressure
• Self motivated to solution orientated to get KYC done in an efficient manner

Job description

• Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day to day activities and decisions
• Implement collection strategies and key processes for the Collections Team
• Design and coordinate the implementation of systems requirements for collections, reporting requirements and ensure high levels of automation
• Perform the Collections Function on a day-to-day basis including skip tracing and liaison with external agencies including engagement with debt collection agencies to institute collection strategies
• Develop, maintain and monitor the KPIs for external agencies
• Conduct daily portfolio monitoring and regular reviews on delinquent accounts
• Assess and recommend remedial actions on distress accounts for approval
• Assess and prepare accounts for write off
• Manage collection complaints and develop resolution timeframe and benchmarks
• Prepare reporting dashboards (including but not limited to delinquency trends, flow rate velocity, recovery indicators, forecasting and making provisions for loan impairments) for management’s review
• Recommending appropriate Loan classification for each distress borrower
• Initiating Legal Proceedings on problem credits where applicable
• Optimise digital collection strategies and review effectiveness against cost impact
• Conduct lessons learnt and training activities to promote risk/control awareness

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above with minimally 5-7 years of relevant collections experience preferably in SME/Business Banking
• Experience with Statistical models and ideally AI models in collections
• Strong analytical and writing skills
• Strong knowledge of industries and economic environment in the region
• Familiar with MAS regulations such as MAS Notice 612, MAS guideline on Risk Management Practices and other relevant regulations
