Job Description

• Full spectrum of payroll processing for about 180 full-time employees for 2 entities & casual labour for 1 entity
• Tabulate the costs for secondment staff for finance billing
• Check and prepare overtime payment staff to be paid on 14th of the following month
• FWL cost allocation and adjustment (waiver)
• CPF submission for entities via CrimsonLogin and CPF website (2 entities)
• Prepare payroll general journals to upload into accounting system (Crimso & Acumatica) for monthly accounting month end closing
• Checking all the flexible benefit claims provided by HR to process and pay on month end (EPE & Timesoft)
• Upload Assist Rider and MSO upon receiving updates from HR into the payroll system (EPE & Timesoft)
• Ad-hoc items like submission of government paid claims, MOM survey or WICA claim from HR, new join, and resigned staff salaries
• Prepare monthly headcount report for HR team (EPE)
• Assist to input incentives, allowances, and deductions into payroll system (EPE & Timesoft)
• Generate payslips for all entities (EPE & Timesoft)
• Assist in migration of new payroll system for casual labour

Description:

Execute technical, on-page and off-page SEO, analyze the SEO campaign performance, recommend & execute actionable strategies to improve SEO rankings and achieve business objectives

Monitors the keyword rankings and oversees the overall organic search performance, ensuring target ranking positions and KPIs are achieved. He/she performs a complete website SEO analysis on a regular basis and provides recommendations for improvements of website content and link building campaigns.

Job Requirements:

· Develop keyword plans through conducting keyword research and competitor analysis on a regular basis to generate content ideas and boost search rankings and site traffic.

· Plan and oversee the entire website architecture, restructuring page hierarchy

· Optimize web pages such as the homepage, landing pages, blog posts, product pages (on-page SEO) in terms of improving content quality, keyword optimization, and user experience to boost organic search rankings

· Conduct regular technical SEO audits and work with the web development team to fix technical website issues

· Conduct on-page and off-page audits to optimize website content, structure and meta-data for target keywords.

· Analyze web traffic, rankings, and conversions to assess campaign effectiveness.

· Implement effective link building strategies to enhance website authority and visibility.

· Good hands-on experience with Google My Business, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, Semrush, Majestic, Screaming Frog to monitor and report SEO performance metrics

· Keep up to date with the latest SEO trends, search algorithm updates, new SEO tools and best white hat practices.

· Good grasp of English language and able to create relevant, engaging and effective content

· Diploma, Degree or professional certification in either Business, Marketing, Communications or information technology.

· SEO Certification and/or experience in SEO is preferred

Job Description

• You will be part of the Industry Partnership Group – Secretariat Office, to coordinate, review and improve work processes to better organise and facilitate e2i’s services and programmes to companies on their manpower needs. These include relevant reporting and coordination with internal stakeholders to provide employment support to retrenching companies and affected workers to support e2i’s role in the Taskforce for Responsible Retrenchment and Employment Facilitation, active engagement with internal stakeholders to problem solve and drive process improvements and working closely with internal and external partners to drive NTUC’s Company Training Committees (CTCs) outreach effort.

Job Responsibilities

• Problem solver to support Industry Partnership Group by pro-actively driving improvements on work processes and initiatives across teams within the Group and across Groups within the organisation. Engage various stakeholders to analyse, review and get buy-in to push for continuous improvements.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to prepare monthly reports and analyse trends.
• Organise group sharing sessions to enable cross-learning across teams within the Group.
• Coordinate with government agencies (where applicable) and internal stakeholders on national initiatives and programmes to support workers on employment and employability.
• Follow-up with internal stakeholders on retrenchment notifications, track and update retrenchment database.
• Design, pilot and scale cross-sectors initiatives that will enhance the reach of CTCs and e2i’s programmes to external stakeholders such as organising partnership-related events and conducting presentations.

As a Payroll Executive, you will be assisting with the following:

• Manage the payroll processing including but not limited to receiving data inputs from various parties and through the system
• Verification of this data against supporting documents
• Ensuring that data is correctly interfaced from Workday to Excelity
• Manage payroll process to ensure that resignees are encashed their outstanding leave balance and withholding of salary until verification that Exit Clearance is completed
• Prepare accounting entries for accruals (E.g. Bonus, CPF, Leave, Claims)
• Manage the claim and reimbursement process for Government Paid Leave (e.g. childcare, maternity, paternity, shared parental leave) via the Government portal and ensuring relevant journals are posted
• Manage secondment billing for seconded staff
• Manage payments to external organisations by providing information to Finance and ensuring any relevant journals are done
• Support regular payroll audits by internal and external auditors, including but not limited to the preparation of payroll figures and documents requested by auditors and key personnel remuneration reporting
• Support the HR team in the implementation their policies and programs by ensuring these are operationalised and smoothly executed
• Perform on-going review of processes and systems (including system user acceptance test, if required) for operational excellence
• Any other ad-hoc matters

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy / Finance or other related field
• Experience in payroll of more than 1000 headcounts
• Experience in software system Workday or Excelity added advantage
• Good understanding of payroll policies and applicable laws and regulatory requirements
• Able to multitask and good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in the management of data
