• Demonstrate and coach the correct execution of exercises and movement patterns, ensuring clients perform them safely and effectively.
• Identify the risk factors of exercise and to take appropriate action to ensure safety of the client, particularly for those with pre-existing medical conditions.
• Applying the relevant principles of training at appropriate times to ensure positive fitness progression for every individual client.
• Monitor client progress and conduct necessary follow ups and review with client.

Equipment & Facility Maintenance Management:

• Assist in regular cleaning, sanitizing, and oiling of fitness equipment to ensure proper functioning and maintain high standards of hygiene.
• Identify and report any maintenance issues or damaged equipment promptly to the Supervisors/ Managers.
• Coordinate with vendors to source quotations and arrange for necessary repairs or maintenance work as directed by the Company.

Ad-Hoc Tasks:

• Working together with the team to curate and conduct various health talks and fitness experience sessions for public engagement and lead generation.
• Helping in the planning, organization and operation for events and workshops when required.
• Support Marketing Department in various contents for social media, blog articles and bite sized content for websites when needed.

Skills & Attributes:

• Qualification in Sports/Exercise Science, or certification in Personal Training
• Experience in personal training will be an advantage, however, we provide training for all levels for new employees.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of proper exercise techniques and strength training principles.
• Excellent customer service skills, essential for building long-term client relationships.
• Ability to provide clear and concise instructions, ensuring clients understand and follow exercise guidelines.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify and address maintenance issues.
• Willingness to work non-office hours to accommodate to client’s schedule when needed.

This role requires a balance of technical and practical fitness knowledge, proactive safety measures, and exceptional customer service to enhance both the experience and well-being of clients.

Job Descriptions:

• Provide admin and operation support to the financial advisor and manager (paperwork submission and filing.)
• Handling client’s queries (customer service) and communicate with clients and fund manager / insurance manager
• Provide personal assistant such as making travel arrangements for the manager especially including apply Visa.
• Update calendar events and details.
• Other Adhoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year Admin / Operations working experience
• Experienced with insurance / banking finance / asset management
• Familiar with tech savvy skills such as encrypt / descript documents, Searching solutions from Internet / any other platform.
• Able to utili OneDrive & Dropbox.
• Able to collect fund details from different platforms and carry out analysis and summary.
• Fluent in Mandarin / English oral and writing communication.
• Able to take initiative to gather assigned task info, such as due date and priority.
• No work pass issue.
• Required language(s): English and Chinese (both written and speaking)
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint and other office tools
• Marketing and business development skills set are plus points.
