About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and dynamic Personal Assistant (PA) to provide exceptional support to senior management. The ideal candidate is a multitasker with strong stakeholder management skills and at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to senior management.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle confidential correspondence and ensure timely communication.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting minutes as required.

• Shall have at least a Higher Nitec certification in ICT/ Design & Media or equivalent Skills

Experience

• Shall have at least 3 years of experience in teaching IT lessons in a school.
• Shall have at least 1 year of experience in teaching coding / robotics to students

Skills

• Shall be proficient in Adobe Software, Photography, and Videography.

Contract Period: from 1 March 2025 to 28 February 2026.
