• Support all the admin and customer service-related work.
• To assist the sales team with administrative work.
• To assist in the day-to-day operation of the showroom and office.
• Process and follow up on customers’ orders till completion.
• Issue P/O to supplier and follow up for delivery confirmation.
• Arrange for delivery and prepare necessary documents.
• Update and maintain customer database.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via emails and/or telephone calls.
• To assist in general office administrative works (filing of documents, management of inventory, delivery and planning).
• Support, communicate and coordinate with external and internal departments.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned.

1. Prepare the annual Group and business units’ budget as well as quarterly forecasts.
2. Provide timely financial analysis and strategic recommendations for critical business decisions.
3. Prepare, analyze, and communicate actual versus budget variances in monthly and quarterly reporting, while interpreting monthly P&L outcomes to the Business Unit Head.
4. Collaborate with business units during quarterly/annual planning to drive growth and profitability strategies.
5. Offer forward-looking financial insights on market conditions and trends to management.
6. Prepare monthly consolidation results for the management and EXCO (slides and commentary report).
7. Check and ensure accurate data input, classification, and segment recording.
8. Strengthen internal controls and enhance finance processes/systems.
9. Implement and monitor the allocation of Group’s costs and billing of management fees to the business units.

• Salary Package: Up to $2,400 + AWS + VB

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers.
• Issue Purchase Orders.
• Monitor the timeliness of deliveries.
• Liaise with freight forwarders and courier companies on the deliveries of incoming shipment.
• Liaise with internal departments on product type, price, and quantity of products to be purchased.
• Ensure that all invoices are certified accordingly.
• Data entry and proper filing of documents.
• Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
