This position is a level transitioning from junior to senior role of an audit engagement. For more complex engagement, you will be one of the team members who can execute work competently and confidently with minimum supervision from the team leader. For non-complex engagement, you will have opportunities to take charge of the engagement for the entire audit process thus building your foundation to progress to the next level.

Specifically, you will:

1. Be a strong support to your team leader in the audit process to ensure tasks assigned are executed diligently in accordance with the requirements.
2. Provide timely update on job progress and follow through assigned tasks to completion.
3. To coach and lead junior staff to execute tasks efficiently and to uphold audit quality.
4. Flag out issues to team leader, manager or partner timely to proactively seek for resolution. This includes consult when in doubt.
5. Produce clear and concise documentation of work done and diligently resolve review points raised by the team leader, manager or partner.

Technical Skills and Competencies:

1. Accounting and Auditing standards, Singapore Taxation
2. Use of Excel for analysis and detection of errors and anomalies
3. Project management, planning and time management
4. Communication, presentation and writing skills

Duties :

-Handle and pack items for takeaways

-Perform basic housekeeping duties

-Attend to customer enquiries

-Manage product display and replenish stock

Shift work between 10am to 10pm. Each shift is at least 5 hours.

Location : Jewel Changi Airport

Hourly Rate : $10/hour.

Immediate start preferred. Minimum commitment 3 months.

1. Prepare submission to client / Authority;

2. Monitor submission approval / necessary follow up;

3. Assist in project coordination & related site work activities;

4. Planning work schedule;

5. Monitor work progress and the quality of work; &

6. Enforce compliance to Authority and Safety & Health requirement;
