- To assist the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) team in:

- Deal Sourcing, Evaluation and Structuring

- Preparation of teasers and information memorandum

- Data analytics tasks related to trend analysis / modelling

- Client relationship matters – Meetings with company founders / Investment Bankers / C-suite executives.

- Creation of videos and video-editing skills for presentations.

Requirements:

• Singaporean
• Valid Class 3 driving license
• Minimum qualification SEC 3
• Fair command of English & Mandarin (read, write & speak to handle Chinese-speaking clients)
• 1-2 years store-keepers experience or installation of niches plaques
• Physically fit & pleasant personality
• Work on rotating shifts (including Sun/PH)
• Possess basic computer skills in emails. word, excel, etc., is a plus
