Working Hours

• 5 days work week
• 2pm to 12am
• More than 45 hrs OT paid

• Handle incoming mails and sorting of mails for claims registration
• Print settlement letters and handle matching of claims settlement/medical report letters with cheques payment for mailing to meet the expected turnaround time.
• Handle filing of claim documents and settlement letters for scanning or warehousing
• Liaise with Servicing Representatives and/or Claimants for self-collection requests.
• Perform any other ad-hoc admin tasks assigned by Supervisor
• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
• Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
• Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by welcoming walk-in customers
• Addressing their shopping inquiries, promoting products, and helping with order fulfillment
• Restock and organize merchandise following the company’s Standard Operating Procedures
• Carry out general housekeeping tasks to uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Assist with the opening and closing of the retail outlet

Requirements

• Min. GCE ‘N’ Level
• No experience is required, training will be provided
• Good working attitude and communication skills
• Willingness to help out in restocking goods
• 5 days work week (retail hours including weekends and public holiday)
