· Provide admin and marketing support to franchisees and outlets

· Coordinate the updating of company’s website and social media platforms

· Assist designer to create posters, menu and flyers

· Prepare various Franchise sales Reports and Documents

· Coordinate overseas Franchisee purchase orders

· Handle enquiries and feedback through email, phone and social media

· Coordinate with IT vendors to maintain company’s email system

· Handle ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by the General Manager

Job Requirement

· Minimum NITEC, “N”, “O” Levels, ITE, Diploma or Degree

· Bilingual, able to speak and write well in English

· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and comfortable with IT

· Meticulous and well organized

· Responsible

· 5 day week

· Able to start work immediately or on short notice

Shift 1: 7am-4.30pm
Shift 2: 8:30am - 6pm
Shift 3: 11am-8.30pm

$12 an hour

Roster includes weekends and Public Holidays

1. Perform admission of patients, handles customer queries, perform Cashiering and perform Billing
1. Perform admission process, including explanation on bill estimation, usage of insurance, and deposit collection.
2. Handles customer queries pertaining to admission process.
3. Perform Cashiering.
4. Perform Billing.
5. Perform any other tasks as assigned.
6. Timely escalation of cases to supervisor as necessary.

Qualification & Experience:
• Past healthcare work experience is an added advantage
• Minimum Higher Nitec, 2 years of front-line / customer service related working experience.
• Able to commit to the working hours
