Responsibilities:

• Same as Associate Consultant but with more responsibility in stakeholder management and design leadership.
• Act as a lead in forecasting and managing project budgets, ensuring that costs are within approved limits.
• Manage complex application infrastructure design and delivery processes, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance with government policies.
• Take the lead in driving collaborations with service providers and external partners.
• Oversee day-to-day application infrastructure services, ensuring continuous service improvement.
• Play a central role in inter-agency collaboration for government-wide application services delivery.

Experience and Skills Needed:

• Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience, with hands-on involvement in 2-3 full project development life cycles.
• Proven ability to handle complex projects and work with senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on results and customer satisfaction.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide junior team members.
• In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Project Delivery:Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business requirements.
  Oversee the operations, maintenance, and monitoring of systems throughout the project lifecycle.
  Ensure compliance with IT governance frameworks, including security and resilience standards.
  Lead and coordinate with GovTech teams, auditors, and other stakeholders for audits and implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
  
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:Work closely with the Business Analyst, Solution Architect, IT Infrastructure Engineer, and agency users to ensure smooth project execution.
  Foster strong working relationships with stakeholders to meet project goals and expectations.
  
• Reporting & Documentation:Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
  Document all project phases, risks, and outcomes for compliance and future reference.
  

Experience and Skills Needed:

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/Infocomm Technology, Electronics Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in Project Management.
• Experience in full software or product development cycles, preferably using Agile Methodology.
• Strong analytical, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage expectations effectively.

Added Advantage:

• Project Management experience in Agile environments.

Responsibilities:

• Same as Associate Consultant but with an increased level of responsibility, including leading the test strategy development and mentoring junior testers.
• Take on more complex test automation projects and drive improvements in test processes.
• Manage cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the development cycle.
• Provide technical leadership for test automation and work closely with Product Owners and developers to ensure optimal test coverage.

Experience and Skills Needed:

• More than 4 years of experience in exploratory testing and automation.
• Proven experience in leading test automation initiatives and mentoring junior team members.
• Strong understanding of Agile testing practices and tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
