Account Growth & Event Execution

• Support the Sales Director in preparing proposals, identifying clear deliverables, accurate budgets, and realistic timelines for pitches
• Supporting an Event Manager/Director with the day-to-day management, including the ability to deliver highly proactive, reactive, and responsive account support.

Job Responsibilities:

• Able to prepare full set of accounts and perform Bookkeeping functions on a monthly, quarterly or yearly basis for different types of companies and businesses
• Able to prepare and compile financial and management reports Preparation, submission and filing of GST returns for our clients
• Preparation of Audit Schedules and liaising with external auditor during Annual Audit Having relevant knowledge of corporate and personal tax and handle simple tax computation and able to liaise with IRAS if necessary
• Any other duties/tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent

• Support senior team in developing and executing communications strategies – PR, social media marketing, owned and earned content.

Job purpose

• Reporting to the Retail Manager; your responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Overall accountable for retail stores, including P&L, fulfilment of targets (sales, productivity, …), SOPs and

• policies of the company

• Monitor sales and provide routine/monthly sales reports with recommendations for business growth

• Operate P.O.S machine and handle cash and other payment methods professionally, courteously. Understands how to handle local and foreign currency.

• Manage and communicate merchandise opportunities to Retail Manager.
• Participate on monthly inventory stock take.
• Proactively engages with all guests and upsells items.

Onlline orders and store orders

• Ensure that all web orders and enquiries are answered timely.
• Ensure all online products information, inventory and new products are up to date
• Maintains levels of confidentiality and discretion for colleagues and guests.
• Continuously develop own knowledge and skills as a contributing member of the Retail team.

Other Responsibilities

• To oversee and ensure smooth processing of mail orders request.
• Timely providing feedback from guests to enhance guest’s experience.
• To observe professional and customer focused telephone etiquette at all times.
• To be familiar with any and all promotional events for the Retail store or hotel.

• To record and handle any defective and damaged goods and highlight to Manager in timely manner
