• To fully understand the structure of each deal & items stating in the checklist prior preparing the reconciliation template;
• Close follow up with Line Manager to ensure checklist is drawn up for each agreement prior the deal commences, making sure the checklist is updated whenever there’s changes to the deal;

The Position

• Core responsibility is to ensure the smoothness of daily closing tasks:
• Multi-currency bank reconciliations,
• Crypto exchange hedging, reconciliations, and trade accounting,
• Preparing payments and liaise with bank relationship managers when required,
• Ensure that trade AP and AR positions are fully understood and reconciled and issue the daily financial closing report.

Based on learning curve, other responsibilities will follow:

• AP and AR bookings and review (Xero),
• Attending to customer enquiries related to payments,
• Conducting general know your customer due diligence,
• Contribution to GST process,
• Other accounting and reporting duties as assigned by managers.

The job location is BullionStar's office in the same building as BullionStar’s shop, showroom, and vault at 45 New Bridge Road.

Salary and Benefits

The salary is dependent on your capability, experience and skills. The typical starting salary is from SGD 3,000 to SGD 4,000 per month for a driven candidate, plus up to 3 months' bonus. In addition, BullionStar provides an Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) equivalent to 1 month salary. BullionStar furthermore offers reimbursement of medical bills and access to an employee health and fitness benefit program.

Work mode: 3 days in office + 2 days WFH (hybrid)

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, yearly and/or special reports and analysis as required
• Review reports prepared by shared services centre - monthly, quarterly, yearly
• Prepare Principal reports (IFC, Business Plan)
