- Provide HR Admin support as follows:

i) Work with Uniform vendor to raise access for new hires and ensure uniform allocation is reflected correctly for the new hires

ii) Process the monthly allowance disbursement

iii) Arrange pre-employment medical examination for interns as well as to process interns’ monthly allowance.

iv) Timely submission of funding claims

v) Maintain and update training records for all existing employees

vi) Ensure vaccination records are updated in the system

vii) Co-ordinate logistics for monthly meetings and Employees’ engagement sessions

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably in human resource.

- At least 1-2 years of relevant HR working experience. Experience in large corporations and healthcare will be an added advantage.

- Demonstrated interpersonal and communications skills.

- Ability to work independently within assigned job scope.

- Strong problem-solving skills.
