We are currently looking for a Social Media Intern to join our energetic team in Singapore!

Job Description:

Build and maintain social media communities for our top games, including platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Discord, TikTok, and YouTube. Monitor social media of rival products and special occasions to produce high-quality content.

Expand our games' presence on other social media platforms and channels such as Snapchat, Reddit, Pinterest, etc.

Focus on social media operations and promotion activities

Assist the team to develop new partnership opportunities with other industries and agencies.

Job Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business or a related field

Familiarity with daily social trends, the latest pop culture, and popular games.

Fluency in English is required to handle queries, questions, and feedback related to social media operations and promotional matters.

Innovative, able to work independently, and committed to constant self-improvement.

Experience in building and maintaining social media communities would be a plus.

Videos production or live streaming experience is a plus

Volunteer Management

· Assist the VM team in the recruitment, engagement, and retention of volunteers (focusing on senior volunteers 50 years and above).

Media Management

- Post COH events or clients’ activities on COH social media (Facebook and Instagram).

- Upload COH event videos to the COH YouTube channel.

- Update Website when required.

- Assist the VM team in COH newsletter distribution which includes but is not limited to printing cover letters via mail merge of the COH contact list, mailing the newsletter, and recording and updating the COH contact list whenever required.

Corporate Communication

• Create and manage the content on SAMS website and social media platforms
• Design and develop content for internal and external publications, marketing/corporate collaterals, videos and other publicity materials
• Provide support for events, corporate visits, marketing or corporate campaigns and projects, and manage coordination and liaison with internal and external stakeholders and partners
• media monitoring and manage or coordinate photography and videography (e.g. interviews)
• Provide corporate & management support services

Partnership

• Maintain and develop strategic and meaningful collaborations and working relationships with corporate partners and individuals.
• Communicate with internal or external stakeholders in alignment to the SAMS Vision and Mission (which includes but does not limit to corporate, schools and other SSA) to give public awareness talks.
• Plan, organise and coordinate fundraising initiatives and events through the different marketing channel.
• Manage donors’ database, ensure accountability of donations received, and update fundraising status accordingly.
• Assist with supporting / coordinating Parents Support Group (PSG).
• Recruit and manage volunteers in activities and programmes.
• Plan and execute CSR activities to maintain and strengthen relationship with the different stakeholders.
• Prepare and issue general correspondence and acknowledgment letters to the various stakeholders and keep accurate records of fundraising activities.
• Handle public enquiries for donation, donation-in-kind, sponsorships and community projects
• Act as an ambassador/ representative for SAMS, representing the organisation at external networking events which includes cheque presentations and talks.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned

Job Holder's Requirement and Attributes

• Degree / Diploma in marketing, public relations, mass communication, journalism or related disciplines
• 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in community relations, public relations, corporate communication or marketing communication
• Resourceful, creative, proactive, possess a positive attitude and can-do spirit, has a strong sense of responsibility
• Solid knowledge and strong skills in publication, production and/or design software and video editing tools
• A proactive team player with initiative, is independent, self-driven and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong organizational, analytic and time-management skills
• Able to multi-task and thrive on working in a dynamic environment
