Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Payable Payroll position. The Accounts Payable Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing expense reports, analyzing financial data, performing accounting duties such as journal entries, and ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing. The candidate will also assist with various other accounting tasks such as audits, reconciliations and maintain records.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Expense Reports, Accounting, Journal Entries (Accounting), and Finance
• Strong analytical skills to identify financial issues and forecast trends from data
• Experience with accounting softwares such as Xero and QuickBooks
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Relevant work experience in payroll processing and accounts payable
• Knowledge of Singapore's payroll and employment laws is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and produce media content (eg weekly livestream services and other approved videos)
• Be the official videographer/photographer for corporate events
• Organise and maintain photo and video archive
• Oversee media equipment usage and maintenance
• Manage team of volunteers to assist in church photography/videography
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma with 3-5 years of video production
• Creative and passionate about media and technology
• Responsible and able to take initiative towards excellence in projects
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator

Job Requirements:

Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese

• Responsible for the full spectrum of corporate communications planning and strategies.
• Develop and implement online/offline campaigns for programmes and initiatives.
• Drive engagement on social media platforms, create and update content on various digital channels
• Track and analyse audience statistics and behaviour across all channels to identify opportunities to improve our engagements with our target audience.
• Support in SMF website revamp and content updates
• Conceptualise and work with team members to develop marketing collaterals and, e.g., eDMs, social media posts, infographics, presentation decks, etc.
• Oversee media relations and plan media events to ensure favourable and targeted media coverage
• Conceptualise storyboard for video publicity and to assist in the creation of video content.

Requirements

• Degree in communications/marketing, or related fields with at least 2 years of experience in corporate communications/marketing
• Proven experience in developing corporate communications plans and campaigns
• Experience in events management is advantageous
• Proficient with social media strategy
• Proficient with designing tools (adobe photoshop, illustrator, premiere pro and canva), MS Office Software, and Wordpress
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Team player with positive attitude
• Ability to work under pressure

Purpose of the Job

The Marketing and Communications Executive initiates, develops, and implements new and ongoing activities to support organisational marketing and communications plans. This includes brand management, internal and external communications, as well as marketing projects and events to enhance social and financial impact.

Key Responsibilities Areas

• Responsible for branding and publicity for the Association
• Responsible for building and maintaining the Association’s online presence through good social media and website management
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns on social media and Google, conduct media buy, analyse insights, and make recommendations to ensure the effectiveness of campaigns
• Responsible for content creation, copywriting, design, and editorial work
• Develop and execute all other marketing and communication activities, including internal communications, partner collaborations, media relations, as well as B2B and B2C events
• Any other duties assigned from time to time

Key Requirements

• Degree in Marketing/Mass Communications or equivalent
• Candidates with at least 2 years of experience preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in social service is an advantage
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Wordpress CMS, Mailchimp, and Microsoft 365 applications
