Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the documentation, review, and uploading of videos/media files into the SP Video Content Management System (VCMS) by closely collaborating with academic staff.

• Maintain and oversee the cataloguing and archiving of video content, ensuring easy retrieval and adherence to institutional guidelines and processes.

• Replace existing video-based Teaching and Learning content in online lessons and SCORM packages with VCMS-hosted media within the Learning Management System (LMS).

• Collaborate with stakeholders to review and discuss revisions during the video replacement process.

• Ensure proper functionality of VCMS-hosted media in online lessons after media replacement and updates.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint & Excel).

• Basic experience in Media Production and/or Graphic Design.

• Responsible for planning, implementing and overseeing safety-related issues at site

The ideal candidate will have technical expertise on frontend development, experience in using content management systems like Sitefinity and have good understanding of user experience principles.

Responsibilities:-

• Build webpages with custom widgets and content in Sitefinity for the new website.
• Publish and manage webpages.
• Collaborate with the content team and page owners to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure consistency in design and content across the website.

Requirements:-

• Diploma holder in relevant field of studies, e.g: frontend development.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in website.
• Knowledge of Figma, Photoshop, HTML, CSS, JavaScript for enhanced web functionality.
• Experience with web content and editing, widget layouts and page publishing in Sitefinity.
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles.
