The Brand Communications Manager are the guardians of the brand and will be responsible for ensuring that the products, services and product lines that fall under the brand are continually enhanced to resonate with current and potential customers.

He/She will strategize and/or lead brand and creative team in planning, development and direction to increase brand awareness, deliver engaging content, and create value and performance of the brand via the brand experience and products. He/she is also responsible for the development of the team.

Responsibilities:

BRAND

Drive Brand Management Strategies

• Develop brand strategy, including setting, refining and communicating of style guides, guidelines, vision, mission and value proposition
• Translate brand elements into plans and go to market strategies

Drive Brand Communication and Public Relations

• Develop and execute all public relations communications for internal and external stakeholders and media actions on all channels, including offline, online and social media

Corporate Identify Management

• Maintain brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications and manage category performance
• Develop and ensure that brand governance are strictly adhered
• Oversee new and ongoing market and advertising activities

Product Marketing Management

• Identify actionable insights such as fashion trends, data, competitor’s media performance, and marketing trends
• Optimize range planning to meet customer and business demands such as matrix allocation, drop planning, concept alignment
• Collaborate directional guide for stakeholders such as developing creative assets, product information, buying presentation and buyers brief

CREATIVE

Drive Creative Direction

• Design campaigns for creative direction, and bridge aesthetic in accordance to brand governance
• Develop and drive creation of playbooks, guides and content development on platforms for internal and external stakeholders
• Direct creative content, campaigns concept and copywriting

Analytical Skills

• Strategic and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from various source and offer creative solutions
• Manage Budget, Strategize Team’s Development and any Ad-hoc project assigned

Requirements:

• Marketing, Mass Communication degree or equivalent is a plus
• Preferable with at least 3 to 5 years’ experience in the fashion industry is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Confident, enthusiastic and a talent in story telling
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
• Pleasant disposition with excellent interpersonal skills
• Organized in campaign management and detail oriented
• Passionate in events planning
• Knowledge in social media marketing and CRM is a bonus
• Experience with complex data environments, analytics platforms such as Google Analytics is a bonus
• Interest in luxury/fashion, art and design

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist team leaders in servicing an existing portfolio of SGX-listed and privately-owned companies to help them achieve their IR/PR objectives

· Regular communication with C-Suite executives to understand their IR/PR objectives in order to plan or refine their IR/PR roadmap accordingly

· Prepare relevant communication collateral, which includes corporate presentations, factsheets, press releases, website information, and quarterly/yearly financial reports, that incorporate our clients’ positioning and key messages

· Co-develop and execute IR/PR strategies on a case-by-case basis effectively based on the clients’ requirements among the targeted audience of analysts, investors, and media

· Organise and coordinate investor meetings, conferences, and media interviews for clients

· Proactively seek out media feature opportunities, be it corporate or personality profiling to improve clients’ publicity and awareness in Singapore and the region

· Carry out media monitoring for clients and prepare summary reports of IR-related activities

Candidate Criteria:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or Finance with at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience. Those with relevant background (agency or in-house) eg journalism, finance, asset management, investment analysis or corporate communications

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, presentation, interpersonal, and project management skills

· Excellent verbal communication and business writing skills in English and Mandarin

· Able to meet hard deadlines and work effectively under time pressure and provide consistent high-quality work

· Proven ability to multi-task and work both independently and as a team player

· Self-motivated, strong work ethic needed.

• Support the Media Director in ensuring that we deliver high client satisfaction scores (which means we constantly have a pulse on the relationship)

• Ensure on-going test and learns to drive campaign performance
• Make in-depth recommendations based on strong grasp of analytics, marketing & research concepts
