[What you will be working on]

Responsibilities:-

• Website Content Management

  • Oversee the revamp of the SP Website in collaboration with various internal/external stakeholders and work with the web vendor to ensure that timelines and milestones are well-planned and adhered to, including regular updates to management on the progress of the project

  • Create or adapt content for website in line with organisation strategy

You will represent Ciena, communicate key marketing messages and facilitate the execution of these events. On-site attendance of the event will be required. Overall Responsibilities

• Identifying and sharing best practice media strategies to improve media performance across MEA APAC 

• Implementing strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing customers and loyalty members at the best cost. 

• Analyse and report on campaign media performance to align with business KPIs on a monthly, quarterly, and annual cadence. 

• Monitor & adapt the media campaign strategies based on the current situation of the region/market. 

Strengthening Media Partner Relationships on Behalf of Accor 

• Is a Point of Contact (POC) to the agencies. 

• Actively participates on partner calls to improve performance and identify new opportunities. 

• Regularly tracks media trends and competitors in priority markets, to support the growth of Accor’s media network. 

• Proactively initiates a test and learn methodology/calendar. 

• Participates in negotiations for co-funded media pilots. 

• Fosters strong relationships with agencies. 

• Represents Accor MEA APAC in meetings. 

Collaborating with Global Media & HUB Ecommerce/Marketing Teams to Reach Business and Campaign Objectives and Priorities 

• Responsible for the ongoing measurement of paid media using Accor specific dashboards and tools (Tableau, Sprinklr). 

• Implements fast local adoption of Global Joint Business Plans and objectives, adjusting to meet local specificities (including Google, Meta, Microsoft). 

• Communicates animation plans. 

• Ensures alignment with the full-funnel strategy and objectives of the company. 

• Supports the tracking and attribution of media activities to support ongoing investment (ie. Ekimetrics). 

• Ensures a deep understanding of paid media and operational requirements, including tag / pixel implementation procedures. 

• Supports the in-country digital media teams in their media optimisation & analysis, including channel and audience targeting recommendations. 

• Develops deep analysis of digital media to optimize overall web direct business. 

Supporting Growth and Innovation 

• Staying up to date with digital media trends, competition, and potential new channels, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, targeting, and programmatic media buying. 

• Supporting the implementation of transversal projects of DCO, data-sharing and cookie less targeting, to generate incremental revenue. 

• Identifying and adapting a streamlined campaign reporting template for MEA APAC. 

• Project management: ability to prioritize and manage multiple demands in a challenging environment. 

• Successfully complete training programs as required and identify new training/upskilling opportunities to align with the role. 

Managing Media Investments and Accounting Requirements 

• Implementing and managing the budget and financial processing requirements to meet budget guidelines.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network and Communication Engineer to join our team and be responsible in the design, implementation, and support of SIA Group's data centre -related network. The primary objective of this role is to ensure well-designed network architecture and resilience of our network infrastructure to support the Company’s business objectives.

Responsibilities includes:

•Review and improve the network infrastructure’s functionalities and availability, e.g. through automation

•Provide advice and solution for projects to ensure IT services, such as application products, comply with SIA architecture and standards

•Architecture and own technical solutions

•Run large-scale network operations, with strong service management knowledge in a multi-vendor environment

•Have L2/3 experience in various networking technologies including

o data centre networking including SDN (preferably ACI), Load Balancer (GTM and LTM), SASE, DNS, etc,

o automation experience (Ansible or Python)

o security products such as firewall, IPS, WAF; and routing switching such as BGP, OSPF, etc

•Possess relevant knowledge and experience in cloud technologies

•Configure and maintaining monitoring dashboards on NPM and SIEM

•Track, perform POC and plan technology refresh

•Deliver large-scale IT projects on time, within budget and of committed quality and outcome

•Manage outsourced vendor(s) and internal teams

•Lead and coordinate incident resolution across different internal and vendor teams

•Ability to work in a team with 24*7 support

Requirements:

•Degree with 6 - 10 years of network experience in managing network operations in a multi-vendor(s) environment on at least two of the following multiple domains:

o Data Centre Network,

o Security,

o Network Automation

•Relevant certifications in core data centre networking (e.g. Cisco), DC SDN (e.g ACI, VMWare), Firewall (e.g. Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Fortinet), GTM/LTM (e.g. F5), Cloud Provider (such as AWS/Azure) and Automation (e.g. Ansible) are preferred

•Understanding of data centre architectures, experience in planning, design & implementation of data centre infrastructure

•Excellent problem-solving, logical thinking skills to isolate and identify potential issues in a complex environment

•Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, including writing

•Excellent project management skills. Able to run large scale project independently

Responsibilities

Generate new business by expanding existing accounts
