Job Responsibilities:

• Build, plan, and implement the overall digital marketing strategy.
• Manage, guide, and train digital marketers and other marketing positions in the team.
• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media.
• Launch optimized online advertisements to increase company and brand awareness.
• Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using various web analytics tools.
• Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
• Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.
• Plan and execute various marketing campaigns over different platforms, allocating budgets and timelines for each campaign.
• Analyze the effect of each campaign and update content periodically for social media pages and websites.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or in a similar role.
• Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM.
• Proficiency in using various digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
• Minimum of a Diploma in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant hands-on work experience in a similar capacity in the healthcare/retail environment.
